Friday Night Throwdown

This week’s Friday Night Throwdown (9/28) will be at CrossFit The Ville at 6:30pm (address below). We’ll be competing in two WODs with the athletes from CF The Ville.

You can meet us at CF The Ville at 6:15 or a group of us will be leaving from CFCF at 5:45 sharp.
